By accessing and using the Atlas Flowers PR website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Wholesale Accounts
Access to our B2B catalog and pricing requires registration and account approval. You agree to provide accurate business information during registration. We reserve the right to approve or deny account applications at our discretion.
Quotes and Orders
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change based on market availability and seasonal factors
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
- A confirmed quote constitutes a binding order agreement
Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers:
- All sales of fresh flowers are final and non-refundable
- We guarantee the quality of our flowers at the time of delivery
- Claims for damaged or defective product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion for valid claims
Payment Terms
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and ATH Movil
- Credit terms may be available for established wholesale customers upon approval
- Late payments may result in suspension of credit privileges
Delivery
- Delivery is available throughout Puerto Rico
- Delivery fees vary based on location and order size
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
Limitation of Liability
Atlas Flowers PR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
